Bookings are by appointment only. Please use the Studio3 3rd floor buzzer when you arrive. If I am unable to answer immediately, I’ll be with you shortly!
If you are early for your appointment and someone is able to buzz you in, you are welcome to have a seat in the waiting area between the 2nd and 3rd floors. Please be mindful that private, semi-private, and small group classes take place in the studio throughout the day.
Payment: Credit card via Jane Payments, e-transfer, cash or cheque are the preferred methods. A receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider will be emailed to you. Unfortunately, direct billing is no longer available.

Sharlene has been a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist since 2009, bringing nearly 17 years of hands-on clinical experience to her work. With a background in the performing arts and a degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary, she has always been passionate about wellness, holistic healthcare and the mind-body connection.
Her path to becoming a massage therapist was inspired by a genuine desire to support others on their wellness journeys. She deeply believes in the power of therapeutic touch to facilitate the body’s natural healing processes, embraces the philosophy that movement is medicine and values the restorative benefits of massage therapy.
Using Swedish techniques, Sharlene thoughtfully tailors each treatment to meet her clients’ individual needs. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered, balanced and relaxed–both in body and mind. She approaches each treatment with compassion, care and thoughtful intent and creates a safe, professional and supportive space where clients can truly relax and heal.
